Participation in sailing lessons, camps, club, rentals, and other on-water activities carries inherent risks. All participants are required to wear Coast Guard approved life jackets, follow instructor guidance, and sign a liability waiver before going on the water.
Registration and payment details are handled through our third-party booking provider. Cancellation and refund policies are described at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.
We monitor weather continuously. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety. In that case, we'll work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate.
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and video — is the property of Sail Marsh Creek or used with permission, and may not be copied or redistributed without consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sail Marsh Creek is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or participation in any program. Participants assume responsibility for risks disclosed in the liability waiver signed at registration.
